Mini-Pleat Filters

exceed Filters® Mini-Pleat Filters are made of tightly pleated nanofiber media separated by uniform glue beads. Mini-pleat filters offer up to 5 times more surface area than standard pleated filters. This allows for better filtration efficiency and extended service life. Mini-pleat filters are capable of holding more dust than rigid cell or cartridge air filters, and their durable frame can withstand difficult operating conditions such as variable air volume, turbulent airflow, and high humidity. exceed Mini-Pleat Filters are ideal for applications where medium to higher efficiencies are required. exceed Mini-Pleat filters are available in MERV ratings 13 through 15 and 99.97% efficiency.  Filters are available in cardboard, galvanized steel and plastic frames.

The nanofiber media of exceed Filters® Mini-Pleat filters allows for higher particle capture efficiency. The extended surface media area provides low resistance to pressure drop resulting in lower energy costs.
